BE.Spoke, the managed workspace division of flexible offices space provider BE Offices, today announces that cloud-based work operating systems platform, monday.com, has taken two floors at the prestigious Fitzrovia building.
Advised by Workthere, monday.com has expanded into Rathbone Place having outgrown its previous serviced office provision at Great Portland Street. It has taken 12,200 sq ft, equating to 120 desks, situated on the third and fourth floors at 20 Rathbone Place.
The new space reflects the brand, image and culture of the business and has been designed and delivered to the client’s very precise specification, incorporating a mix of focus areas, social spaces and open plan collaboration zones, all designed to encourage collaborative creativity, improve wellbeing and increase staff engagement and productivity.

BE.Spoke took a 10-year lease in late 2019 on approximately 12,000 sq ft over two floors in Lothbury’s 20 Rathbone Place, London W1. At the time the corporate flex space provider delivered an end-to-end managed property solution for a leading UK based multinational energy and services company creating customised workspace for two of its key technology divisions, accommodating 200 people.
The lease liability, fit-out, FM, hospitality-led services and dilapidations have all been outsourced to BE.Spoke, giving the client flexibility, agility and award-winning service delivery as well as the option to extend the term or even expand its space requirements.
