A second venture with a global brand required us to design and build a high-end workspace within their corporate identity and exacting specifications but also offer coworking facilities for their workers in a shared space environment. This project offered us the opportunity to deliver cutting edge technology, inspirational design and embrace biophilia to promote a strong feeling of wellbeing.
RATHBONE PLACE, LONDON – TAILOR MADE DESIGN & BUILD
A major utilities provider needed space sourced, designed and created within their brand identity within a tight time frame. We kept the client in constant contact to ensure we stayed within their corporate branding and colour scheme whilst progressing the build at a demanding pace. We produced a first-class workspace with no headaches for the client.
ADELAIDE EXCHANGE, BELFAST – CORPORATE REGIONAL HQ
A global brand required a vast new workspace created in their branding and corporate identity. We sourced and presented a range of options and then progressed to the build phase. Everything needed to be on-brand and to the very highest standard with an exacting timescale for delivery. The client is currently enjoying their space and has also taken further space with us in another location.
EUSTON HOUSE, LONDON – SPACE MANAGEMENT
A major rail infrastructure business occupied Euston House and was faced with a lease expiring imminently. The company were challenged with the upheaval of finding alternative accommodation for only 12 months as well as a substantial dilapidations bill when vacating the space.
BE.Spoke stepped in to provide the perfect solution and agreed terms with the landlord for a conventional FRI lease on the space allowing the occupier to remain in the building, reduce its occupied space by approximately half, avoid paying an onerous dilapidations bill, agree a 12-month licence that included any necessary capital expenditure on improvements and avoid upheaval costs.
We managed the entire space and also offered the flexibility for the client to expand and extend its occupation if required.
MARSHALSEA ROAD, LONDON – CUSTOMISED BUILD
This building is the perfect example of a turn-key solution. A search, create and deliver process was instigated to provide a new modern workspace in Central London. The fit-out was fully customised to the client’s requirement but removed the large capital expenditure on fit-out, furniture and IT infrastructure installation.
We provided the ultimate in both flexibility and efficiency in space delivery, and total cost certainty.
